Best noodles in town the soup was not greasy like most places we got the brisket soup - the brisket was so tender it tore off so easily with the chopsticks We also got the beef stir fry noodle. Stir fry was decedant! Never tasted anything so delicious. The beef was tender and not chewy. The flavours were incredible in both of our dishes. The frie dumplings, we think we're pork - again really good. They have good chili oil on the table which we used to add some more spice. The soup was slightly spicy the stir fry noodle was flavourful but not spicy. Prices are reasonably we ended up with a full meal for our lunch together combining our left over noodles. 48.56 was our total It's a typical vibe being a resto on somerset so not high on expectation for vibe or service - the food delivered and that's key!

My goodness these noodles are good. Huge huge portion and tons of flavour (don't forget to add some chili oil and vinegar). We ordered the signature combo noodles as well as the traditional and both were "amazing"...pun intended. Lamb skewers were tender and cooked perfectly but I must say, the Spicy Chicken dish stole the show!!! Chicken was super tender but that sauce....wow, that sauce!! This place is a definite must try!! Enjoy!!

I’ve visited a few times and I find their food to be really good. The noodles portions can be pretty substantive so be prepared. Their appetizers are also generally pretty decent (although not stars). The dining room can be a bit cramped however. But overall great spot. I think it is the best pulled noodle in Ottawa right now

Oxtail noodles do not disappoint. The combination noodles were also amazing. The best part is you see them making it right in front of you. And good value.

This spot teleported me back to my time living in China and it was so good! My new favourite hand pulled noodle spot in the city. I can’t believe we finally have great knife cut noodles and egg and tomato dishes! Love the chicken cartilage skewer too!

Tried for the first time yesterday! I had the braised pork belly noodle soup with added pickled cabbage and a tea egg (they dont come with the soup, a tad strange as it usually does, but no worries). The broth was super flavorful and delicious! The noodles are excellent! Chewy and homestyle taste! I'm glad we finally have something like this in Ottawas Chinatown! I will be going back to satisfy the craving!

Visited for the first time with friends recently. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to seat us fairly quickly. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Each member of our party ordered something different, and each dish was excellent. We tried the Traditional Hand-Pulled Noodles with Beef, Chow Mein, Edamame, Spicy Shredded Potato, Chicken Gizzard and Sausage Skewers, Triangle Noodles with Soybean Paste & Pork, Shredded Pork with Green Pepper Noodles, and the Braised Pork Noodles. If you are a fan of pickled / fermented foods, I highly recommend adding the pickled cabbage to your dish. It’s strong, but delicious. We will absolutely return again.

Small space, chairs are a little stiff! Great food and service though and reasonable prices. The seaweed salad was actually very good and so was the braised beef. Lamb has bones - tasty, soft-cooked meat (falls off bone), but maybe not for those who do not want to eat off the bone. Chili oil on the tables :)
